During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a state-wide moratorium on evictions from March 23, 2020 to December 31, 2021.
The CDC moratorium was in place from September 4, 2020 through August 26, 2021.
Due to a lack of detailed demographic estimates below the territory-level, the estimates provided here are for the entire territory. Eviction moratorium dates come from territory government reporting.
